bda33 Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the bda33 platform. This document defines the service relationship between you and us.

1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bda33 platform and all associated services. By registering on bda33, creating an account, or using any part of the platform, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. bda33 reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To create an account on bda33 and access the platform's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and betting activities in the jurisdiction where you reside.
You must be acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of anyone else.
All information provided in your account must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Important: For users aged 21 and above only. Account creation or use by minors is strictly prohibited. If we suspect that a minor is using bda33, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or close that account.

3 Account Registration & Security

To create a valid account on bda33, you must provide accurate personal information. Each user may hold only one account. bda33 reserves the right to cancel multiple accounts held by the same person and forfeit any balances in those accounts.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Account Verification

bda33 may request relevant documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals and certain services may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This is necessary to ensure the security of the platform and fair play.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on bda33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We currently support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.1 Deposits

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
Deposits are generally processed instantly.
Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
Standard withdrawal processing may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is pending or suspicious activity is detected.

Note: Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bda33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its registered users. These bonuses are subject to specific conditions and cannot be withdrawn without meeting those conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus — making the total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

bda33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
Each promotion may have a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
bda33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

6 VIP Program & Cashback

bda33's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your playing activity and contribution to the platform. bda33 reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms and will make reasonable efforts to notify users before any changes take effect.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

bda33 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Any form of fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
Operating multiple accounts by the same person or group.
Participating in games through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
Gaining unfair advantages through collusion with other users.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
Impersonating a bda33 employee or representative.

If any of these violations are detected, the account in question will be immediately closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

By registering on the platform, you agree that we may use your information for service delivery, fraud prevention, and fulfilling legal obligations. We do not sell your information to any third party.

9 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

bda33 believes in responsible gaming. We encourage our users to enjoy games in a healthy and controlled manner. If you notice any signs of gaming addiction, seek help immediately.

Our platform offers the option to set deposit limits.
Self-exclusion requests can be made through the support team.
A cooling-off period option is also available.

10 Account Closure & Termination

bda33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

Violation of these Terms.
Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
Providing false information.
Operating multiple accounts.
Bonus or promotion abuse.

You may also request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any valid balance (subject to applicable conditions) will remain withdrawable after the account is closed.

11 Limitation of Liability

bda33 is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform, however our liability is limited in the following areas:

Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
Game sessions interrupted by circumstances outside your control.
Delays or failures by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).

Gaming is a form of entertainment and carries financial risk. You are participating knowingly and at your own responsibility.

13 Changes to Terms

bda33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform or make reasonable efforts to notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the new Terms.
